Panel Session: Women in Engineering at EUROCON, WIE Track Initiative

Title: Woman in intelligent industry – marine, land and military applications

This panel session will explore the role of women in engineering, the challenges they face, and inspiring success stories of diversity in STEM and industry. It will also examine the current landscape of inclusion efforts and strategies for fostering a more equitable professional environment.

The session will be structured as follows:

  • First 20-30 Minutes : Introduction and Context Presentation of the Women in Engineering Resource Aid by Emna (R8 WIE chair), showcasing available support and initiatives. Overview of key statistics on women in STEM and diversity, providing insight into challenges and progress.
  • Remaining 60 Minutes : Panel Discussion and Q&A
