The EUROCON 2025 invites proposals for Special Sessions/Workshop to be held during the conference. It intends to provide researchers in focused areas the opportunity to present and discuss their work, as well as to offer a forum for interaction among a broader community of researchers. A Special Session/Workshop will consist of a group of papers related to the main topics of EUROCON 2025 . The papers will be required to meet the same standards as EUROCON 2025 papers and will be published in the conference proceedings, available on IEEE Xplore.

All the Special Sessions/Workshops will be centralized as tracks in the same conference submission and reviewing CMT system as the regular papers.

Please send the Special Session/Workshop proposals to eurocon2025@umg.edu.pl with the following information (you may use this proposal form):

• title,
• acronym,
• short description,
• list of topics,
• chair (or co-chairs),
• special session / workshop program committee (to be invited; name and affiliation)

The organizers will be responsible for the advertisement and promotion of the special session/workshop and the conference. The management of papers review will be achieved by Special Session/Workshop Committees, using the Conference System (a separate CMT system track will be provided for each Special Session). The organizers are responsible for managing the review process. All the reviews should be submitted through the CMT system. Each paper should obtain at least two reviews. At least 5 papers should be accepted by session organizers/workshop organisers. The final decision on the acceptance will be taken by the EUROCON 2025 Program Committee based on recommendations provided by Special Session/Workshop organizers.
